SOUTHWEST NATIONAL PARKS LOOP

The Southwest National Parks Loop Ride is a 7 day, 1,936 mile tour starting and ending in Phoenix, Arizona.  This tour will take you into parts of ArizonaNevada and Utah.  The tour averages 276 miles per day.  This tour can easily be extended to allow for extra days in Las Vegas, Lake Powell or the National Parks for hiking and/or sightseeing.  You can also add riding areas from the any of the other greatrideswest.com Tour Routes.  The Southwest National Parks Loop Ride  is in and around 6 National Parks, ZionBryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, Arches, Grand Canyon and includes Lake Powell (Glen Canyon National recreation Area) and the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.

A Note about Google Maps.  If you are clicking on a map link below in the winter time, many of the roads on these tours are closed.  Google will route you around closed roads, so be aware of this issue so you don’t plan a trip that excludes many of the highlighted roads.

DAY 1 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 296 Miles.  Overnight in Grand Canyon Village, South Rim, Arizona.

DAY 2 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 335 Miles.  Overnight in Page, Arizona.

DAY 3 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 350 Miles.  Overnight in Moab, Utah

DAY 4 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 260 Miles.  Overnight in  Capitol Reef National Park, Utah

DAY 5 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 222 Miles.  Overnight in Zion National Park, Utah

DAY 6 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 190 Miles.  Overnight in Las Vegas, Nevada

DAY 7 MAPS & DIRECTIONS: 283 Miles.  Trip ends in Phoenix Arizona
